Our new hours in effect from March 27th, 2020 thru April 6th, 2020 for Sales, Service and Parts Departments are as follows:

Monday-Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm | Sunday - Closed

Dear Valued Customer,

Considering the recent developments regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, we are putting your health and safety at the forefront of our business. MAG will continue to vigilantly monitor this situation and do all we can to protect you as well as our employees. We also understand that your vehicle is how you commute to work, visit your family in these times and it is necessary for us to be there for you. As a result, MAG will remain open under standard operating hours and would like to provide you an update on the safety measures and processes we have put in place to help protect our guests:

Following both the CDC and Franklin County Public Health guidelines we have instituted many new policies and procedures.

DEALERSHIP - Our cleaning company has transitioned their cleaning protocols to reflect the EPA recommended use of Lysol / Disinfectant on all surfaces instead of standard disinfecting agency. The crews have been instructed to pay attention to entrance doors, office door handles, elevator buttons and customer waiting areas.

  • All public touch points are sanitized multiple times throughout the day.

  • All our janitorial service has been upgraded with extensive disinfection and sterilization of our facility.

  • All non-automatic coffee stations have been closed. Automatic drink stations are still operational and are being sanitized every 30 minutes.

  • All employees insured by the company have access to healthcare.

  • All employees are instructed on proper hand sanitation procedures and are prohibited from reporting to work if they are showing any symptoms.

SALES - We have been selling cars across the state and international borders for years, so we are well-versed in what it takes to work through purchase or lease remotely. We have expanded our fully staffed internet sales department to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your next vehicle purchase.

  • All our staff can accommodate HD video presentations of the vehicle and its overall condition.

  • All new vehicles undergo a 75-point pre-delivery inspection that can be sent to you via email.

  • All purchase or lease details and/or financing can be done over the phone or through our secured website.

  • All purchase or lease paperwork can be done securely through FedEx.

  • Vehicle delivery can be arranged right to your door.

  • Vehicle interiors can be fully disinfected prior to shipment. 

SERVICE - We offers many alternatives for your maintenance needs. Your vehicle still needs to be maintained and we are here for you. We also know that social distancing might mean that you do not want to come into the dealership, and we have options for you with little to no in-person interaction.

  • Every service vehicle will be completely sanitized before we return it to you. 
    -Ozium Air Sanitizer will be sprayed in your vehicle.
    -We will use disinfecting wipes for any part of your vehicle we touch. Including, but not limited to, your steering wheel, gear shift, turn signal, inside and outside door handles, and your radio.
    -We can also use seat and steering wheel covers.

  • We can perform electronic walk-arounds with our MPI (Multi Point Inspection) tool without you having to go into the service drive area.

  • All service drives offer a drop off box. Just leave your keys in an envelope with the form filled out as to what maintenance you need. Your service advisor will be in contact via phone or text to discuss your service needs.

  • Convenient payment options- such as Google or Apple Pay, or payment over the phone.

  • Once the service is complete, we can leave your sanitized keys in your car or you can stop in to pick them up.

  • Please note that we will be sanitizing all vehicles that come to our facility before they leave.  If you do not wish this then please notify us in advance.

We are all members of the same community, and we are confident we will get through this pandemic together. In the meantime, our heartfelt appreciation extends to the healthcare workers, local and national authorities, and all those on the frontline in the US and the world working to contain COVID-19.
