What is a Technician Video?

Technician videos provide visual and verbal explanations of the status of your vehicle. They allow us to show what is going on with a specific component or system in your luxury European vehicle. Once we have completed the complimentary walkaround of your vehicle, we will send a tech message with the video link and any other services we recommend. You can watch this at your convenience; however, we recommend watching as soon as you receive it so you can accept or deny any additional maintenance, which may be done via text message. If you prefer, you are more than welcome to give our service center a call to discuss the results of the video.
